స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ శుభాకాంక్షలు..

స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవం సందర్భంగా ఒక సందేశం ఇవ్వకపోతే మా రాజకీయ ప్రవృత్తికి తీరని ద్రోహం చేసినట్టే. పైగా మీరంతా నన్ను వీకెండ్ పొలిటీషియన్ కాకుండా వీకెన్ డ్ పొలిటీషియన్ గా అనుకునే ప్రమాదం ఉంది. ఏమాటకామాటే చెప్పుకొవాలి, సందేశాలు ఇవ్వటం, పెద్ద పెద్ద చర్చలు మొదలుపెట్టడం మనకి సహజంగానే ఉన్న ఈక్ నెస్సేలెండి:)

అసలు విషయానికి వస్తే, స్వాతంత్ర్యం ఇంకా రాలేదనీ, వచ్చింది నిజమైన స్వాతత్ర్యం కాదనీ, లేక అంతా బ్రహ్మాండంగా ఉందనీ, మనమొక్కళ్ళమే ప్రపంచంలోకెల్లా అతి గొప్ప వాళ్ళమనీ బోలెడు ఉపన్యాసాలు వస్తాయి. వాటి కైపు లో పడి అవేశమో, ఆనందమో తెచ్చుకొని ఒక రోజంతా గుండెలనిండా స్వేచ్చా వాయువులు పీల్చుకొని మళ్ళీ ఎప్పట్లాగే బండి లాగించెయ్యడం, చిన్న చిన్న జెండా బొమ్మలూ గట్రా కొని కార్లలో పెట్టేసి దేశభక్తి చాటి చెప్పెయ్యడం, అప్పడప్పుడూ సమాజ సేవ కార్యక్రమాలు కూడా చెయ్యడం, బ్లాగులు రాసుకోవడం ఇంతేనా ఇంకేమీ చెయ్యలేమా అనిపించింది.


ఆలోచిస్తే అర్థమయ్యింది, ఇదేంటి ఎమైనా చేసేదుంటే చెయ్యాలి... దానికి ప్రత్యేకంగా స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవం తో సంబంధం లేదనీ, ఈ సింబాలిక్ అకేషన్, అనుభవాలని నెమరు వేసుకొని, పరిస్థితిని అంచనా వేసుకోని, స్వాతంత్ర్యాన్ని పెంపొందించే ఆలోచనలకు శ్రీకారం చుట్టే ఒక మంచి అవకాశం అనీ. So.. let me share some of my thoughts with you all..  

 

The moment of Independence for this country was a moment of truimph, sombreness and a moment of resolve. We, the people of this country have delivered a great message to the world, learned a few lessons ourselves and started our journey into the unknown future with a resolve to continue on the path of truth and justice.

We have acheived a lot durring all these years and still have a long way to go. Our freedom has ensured a bettter life for many. Still there are many who are waiting to taste the fruits of Freedom. for those, we have succeeded in establishing Hope. To realize this hope into concrete reality, as a nation we need to work on a new kind of freedom now. That is the freedom to come out of our own self doubt, freedom from lack of trust in our fellow countrymen.

Yes we need to inculcate a spirit of trust in each other and work on freeing our minds from narrow, cynical and parochial way of looking at things. If we take a vow now to work on this new freedom our children, their children and every future child will remember us on this day in future. Yes, if we can achieve this new freedom we will continue to be a great nation and will pass on a much greater legacy to the future generations.

అయ్ బాబోయ్, వీకెండ్ పొలిటీషియన్ లో, వీకెండ్ తగ్గి పోయి పొలిటీషియన్ పెరిగిపోయాడేంటి !! 


కాబట్టి మితృలారా, బ్లాగరులారా, గేలారా, బై లారా, రౌడీల్లారా, కత్తుల్లారా, బ్లేడుల్లారా మీకందరికీ స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ శుభాకాంక్షలు.
